Are you at a point in your relationship where you are searching for some marital advice? Have things got to a situation where you are ready to take action to improve your current situation?

Can you get to a point where you're both able to agree that your are committed to getting marriage help? Are you both willing to take some kind of action to save your marriage? If not then you could be fighting a losing battle. It is going to be an uphill struggle (but not impossible) to build a solid foundation for a lasting partnership where only one of you is really committed to taking the action needed to save your marriage.
Count upon your marriage being different from this point on. It must be if you're going to follow marital advice to prevent the same patterns and problems that created the issues in the first place. It now comes down to opening up the channels of communication and being prepared to take responsibility for where your relationship went off track to begin with.
Devise clear guidelines that you are both happy with, as to how your marriage can work and commit to it. Anything done as a half measure is not worth doing at all. Be prepared to compromise on issues but don't be left feeling as if you are the only one making compromises!
Most of all, feel reassured by the knowledge that with the right marriage help, your marriage will survive and can become stronger and even better than it was before.
