Some of his information may be hard for a beginner to understand. If you read the information a few times and ask questions in the forum, you should be able to learn the more confusing information. He could do a little better job of explaining some things to make it easier on the reader though.
Although successful, his marketing techniques can be cheezy, ignorant and annoying.
He likes to rub in the fact that he is rich to his members and that they are not. Although this is just a part of his image he has created, it is rude. It can be very motivating though, so I believe he is only doing this to help.
Conclusion
Overall, The Rich Jerk is a very informative and motivating program with few flaws. It is very organized and I believe is is very well worth the money. I personally use The Rich Jerk as my online marketing bible because of the depth of the information contained in the e-book and the forum.
