Dog rescue is a service to humanity because stray dogs can and do pose health hazards to society through bites and infections. Now let me say that a dog is not responsible for its level of intelligence, rather an owner is responsible for a dog’s behaviour training. So let anyone who is interested in dogs give them the proper training. Dog rescue is a remedy for an avoidable problem.
