Anything less can, and often has, resulted in the eventual fading out, and sometimes the near-instantaneous disappearance, of some law firms. In such a competitive market, some law offices find that they devote nearly as much funding and resources to their own defense as that of their clients. A multitude of affidavits and other legal documentation is needed in order for such firms to fulfill their obligations, which results in a ballooning of the lower tiers in particular of such companies. These companies have powerful management at the upper levels of their hierarchy, a middle region of the company well stocked with capable defense and prosecution, and in addition to this the lowest levels consist of clerical and secretarial workers. Without all these levels working together, such organizations cannot last long in modern times.
